Terms and Conditions For Senior Expo USA
Liability & Indemnification
SENIOR EXPO USA , its employees, vendors, media partners, facilities, and their employees shall not be liable for any injury, loss, damage, or legal action of any kind incurred by exhibitors, their employees, contractors, representatives, or property. Exhibitors agree to indemnify and hold harmless SENIOR EXPO USA and its employees from any and all claims arising from their participation.
Force Majeure
SENIOR EXPO USA shall not be liable for any losses, costs, damages, or expenses (whether under contract, tort, or otherwise) suffered by an exhibitor as a direct or indirect result of events beyond SENIOR EXPO USA’s control, including but not limited to acts of God, strikes, lockouts, industrial disturbances, disease or pandemic, government restrictions, or facility-related issues.
Event Operations
SENIOR EXPO USA reserves the right to adjust booth location, booth size, event date, time, or venue as necessary to ensure a safe and successful show. Exhibitors may not solicit or engage attendees outside their designated exhibit space. Exhibitors may not dismantle or remove displays until the official end time of the show. Exhibitors must maintain liability insurance covering setup through takedown.
Payments & Fees
Full payment is due at registration. Invoiced amounts are due net (10) days from invoice date or, (10) days prior to the expo date, whichever comes first. A 3.5% service charge will be added (or deducted in the case of refunds) for payments made via credit card.
Cancellation Policy
If the exhibitor cancels 45 or more days before the event, SENIOR EXPO USA shall retain 50% of the booth rental fee and refund the balance. If cancellation occurs 44 days or less before the event, SENIOR EXPO USA shall retain 100% of the booth rental fee. All cancellations must be submitted in writing. Retained fees shall constitute liquidated damages for costs incurred by SENIOR EXPO USA in organizing and promoting the event, as well as losses from reletting space. Exhibitors may request to transfer their participation to another SENIOR EXPO USA event in the same calendar year in lieu of cancellation, subject to SENIOR EXPO USA approval.
Compliance
Failure to comply with these rules may result in removal from the show without refund.
